Matt Bowden

Matt Bowden has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Matt currently holds the position of Director of MRA Financial Performance at Somatus since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Optum as the Risk Adjustment Analytics Associate Director for the Pacific Northwest Region from January 2022 to June 2022. Before that, Matt was the Manager of Risk Adjustment at Hometown Health from March 2020 to December 2021. Matt also served as a Population Health Data Scientist at Renown Health from June 2019 to March 2020. Matt had previous roles at Hometown Health as a Risk Adjustment Analyst from May 2017 to June 2019 and as a Report Analyst from February 2016 to May 2017. Matt started their career as a Business Intern at Renown Health from October 2015 to February 2016. Matt also gained experience in academia as an Economics Lecturer at the University of Nevada, Reno from June 2015 to August 2015 and as an Economic Graduate Assistant from May 2013 to August 2015.

Matt Bowden completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Nevada, Reno from 2007 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Masters degree in Economics at the same institution and successfully completed it from 2012 to 2014.
