Michael Niemela has diverse work experience, starting in 1997 when they joined Somero Enterprises as the Manager of I/T until 2000. Michael then became the Controller at Somero Enterprises, Inc. from 2000 to 2005. In 2006, they joined Somero Enterprises in various roles, including Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Customer Service.
