Somerset Academy, Inc. is a non-profit educational organization operating over 13 high performing charter schools operating successful PK-12 grade programs across seven campuses in Florida, Texas, Nevada and Arizona.  The first program, Somerset Neighborhood School, was established in 1997 and was one of the first charter schools to open in Broward County. This school was also one of the first charter schools in Florida to be accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS-CASI). Today, all Somerset Academy campuses are accredited through Cognia.

The Education and Teaching team at Somerset Academy Charter Schools is responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and standards-based instruction across various subjects and grade levels, from PK-12. They foster a conducive learning environment, support student growth and development, and incorporate innovative teaching strategies to ensure academic success. Team members include specialized teachers in subjects such as literacy, science, mathematics, art, music production, and physical education, as well as coaches for extracurricular programs.
