Kara McCullough

Kara McCullough is SAM’s Human Resources Manager. She joined SAM in 2017 bringing 15 years of experience in the property management industry.

Prior to joining SAM, she worked in association management and commercial property management, handling all financial and legal issues for her clients.

At SAM, Kara works closely with all on-site managers across the portfolio to complete all HR tasks. Her areas of expertise include compliance and best practices, accounting and payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Kara is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
