Susan Herndon, CAM, possesses extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at both Arim and Sandhurst Apartment Management since July 2019. Additionally, Susan has been a Business Manager at Providence Management Company, LLC since June 2017. Previous roles include Property Manager positions at Synco Properties and Westdale Asset Management, as well as management roles at Barbee Investments Ltd. and Guardian Management.
