Scott Davies

Scott Davies is an experienced operations and highway management professional with a career spanning over two decades in the civil engineering sector. Currently serving as Operations Manager at CH Contracting and Highway Operations Manager at Skanska, Scott has played a pivotal role in advancing highway resurfacing and managing significant maintenance budgets. Previously, as Highway Structural Maintenance Manager at Somerset County Council, Scott oversaw a £24 million annual capital maintenance programme and received awards for collaboration and outstanding performance during emergencies. With a background in structural maintenance at Milestone Infrastructure, Scott has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects and leading teams while driving innovations in highway maintenance practices. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
