Lynne Cullen

Lynne Cullen, an Associate member of the CIPD, currently serves as the Head of People at Somerset House Trust since May 2023. Previously, Lynne held the position of Head of Employee Experiences at On Verve from April 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the end-to-end employee cycle, talent management, and developing engagement initiatives aligned with business goals. Prior roles include Culture and People Manager at On Verve, Divisional Leader at Angela Mortimer HR, L&D/Human Resources Advisor at Admiral Recruitment, Senior Operations Manager at Sovereign & Bale, and Business Manager roles at both REED and Admiral Group. Lynne holds a BSc (Hons) in Information Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a CIPD Level 5 qualification from Acacia Learning.
