Sheila Downing, CPD, LEED AP BD C, has over 30 years of experience in plumbing engineering systems design. Currently serving as the Senior Designer of Plumbing Engineering Systems at Somerville Inc., Sheila specializes in Revit MEP design, cost estimates, schematic designs, system and fixture selection, and construction documents. Prior to their current role, Sheila worked at Sauter Seaborne as a Plumbing Designer, where Sheila also handled cost estimates, schematic designs, construction documents, and state approval documents. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Science in Housing and Interiors from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
