Ricardo Bonhomme

Ricardo Bonhomme, MSOL, GCHRM, is an experienced Program Operations Manager currently leading the Operations Integrated Product Team for Raytheon's Naval Power – Undersea Systems Program. With a robust background in manufacturing engineering and program management, Ricardo has held various roles at Raytheon, including Program Operations Manager II and Senior Material Program Management Specialist. Additionally, Ricardo has made significant contributions to education as Head Girls Varsity Basketball Coach and Dean of Students at Somerville High School, while also serving as a College and Career Mentor. Ricardo’s educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and certifications in Project Management and Human Resource Management, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering.
