Rob Bailey

Rob Bailey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies. As COO and Co-Founder of crewAI and CEO and Founder of BackboneAI, Rob has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous positions include Strategic Advisor for over 20 seed and Series A stage companies currently valued at over $5 billion and CEO and Co-Founder of MState, which achieved unicorn status. Notably, Rob served as COO and GTM at Kustomer, a company acquired by Facebook for over $1 billion. Rob holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Tech Start-Ups from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in International Business from Brown University.
