Beth Rule

Beth Rule has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Beth started their career at Baker Hughes in 2003, where they worked as a Project Manager and Senior Commercial Manager for Strategic Projects. In this role, they oversaw strategic contracts, managed project handover meetings, and improved cash flow. Beth also developed standardized processes for proposal and contract management, leading to increased win ratios and improved employee satisfaction.

In 2012, Beth joined Interwell as the Director of Commercial Management. Their responsibilities included overseeing accounting, finance, legal, compliance, contracts, payroll, HR, QHSSE, and facilities. Beth managed supplier relationships, negotiated contracts, and ensured obligations were met.
