Vincent Toussaint

Vincent TOUSSAINT has extensive experience in engineering and management within the SOMFY Group since January 2009. As Industrialization Manager and Mechanical Laboratory Manager, Vincent oversees a team of ten in managing electromechanical testing, organizing laboratory tests, monitoring key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement projects, and strategizing laboratory operations. Vincent has also led a team in the development of a line of 50 autonomous motors over two years, facilitating co-development between French and Chinese R&D teams. Earlier roles at SOMFY include Mechanical Designer and Study Engineer, where Vincent focused on the design and production of window shutter motors and series-life product management, respectively. Prior to SOMFY, Vincent completed an engineering internship at Mavic, optimizing a mountain bike freewheel design. Vincent holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry.
