Jak Holmes is an experienced production management professional with a strong background in operations and quality engineering. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Somic America Inc. since September 2021, Jak has held previous managerial roles at Volvo Trucks North America and Volvo Group, including Business Unit Manager and Business Team Leader. Previous experiences also include positions at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems as a Quality Engineer and a lengthy tenure at Royal Building Products as Production Manager. Jak's career began in the US Army Reserves, work at Marley Mouldings, and a commitment to continuous education in lean manufacturing, operations management, and total quality management, with several certificates from Wytheville Community College.
