Jennifer Tremblay

Jennifer Tremblay is currently the Founder and CEO of Somm™, a travel/hospitality-tech company based in Toronto. Jennifer has also worked as the Chief Executive Officer of DINR, which was acquired by Somm™ in 2022. Prior to their role at Somm™, Jennifer was the Managing Partner of PureInvest Inc., a consultancy focused on working with tech companies. Jennifer has also served as a Member of C100 and an Advisor on the Business Advisory Council at the Alberta School of Business, University of Alberta. Jennifer has held roles as an Advisory Board Member at ZeroBeta and an Institutional Private Markets Strategist at Hatley Capital Partners Inc. Additionally, they have been a Director on the Board of Directors and an Advisory Board Member at Link Investment Management Inc. In previous positions, Jennifer worked as the Head of Business Development and the Head of Capital Markets at Delphia, an AI-driven alternative data and proprietary modeling company. Jennifer has also served as a Director on the Board of Directors at Nobul, a tech-driven real estate marketplace.

Jennifer Tremblay has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and Business Economics & Law from the University of Alberta. In 2017, they obtained the CAIA Charterholder certification from the CAIA Association. Jennifer also has additional certifications, including CPH (Conduct & Practices Handbook) from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), and DFOL (Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing), Series 37 (Canadian Securities Representative Examination), Series 57 (Equity Trader Examination), and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination) from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
