George Winston

Vice President Marketing, cNEP Airway at Sommetrics

George Winston has worked in the healthcare industry since 1975. George began their career at Abbott Critical Care as a District Manager, and then moved to Hospira, where they held the roles of Western Region Manager and Sales/Marketing Critical Care Devices. In 2006, they became a Member/Investor and Charter Member of Keiretsu Forum and an Investor of Vital Brands - Stampede Beer in 2008. In 2011, they joined Sommetrics, Inc. as Vice President Marketing, cNEP Airway, where they were involved in the development and commercialization of an Airway Management assist device. In 2014, they co-founded Adela Health, Inc (TruPosture) and became the CMO, developing business plans and marketing strategies for the roll out of the TruPosture Smart Shirt. Finally, in 2016, they joined Sommetrics Acute Care as Sr. V.P. and General Manager and initiated the Controlled Market Launch of a non-invasive airway management tool.

George Winston attended the University of South Florida from 1978 to 1980, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
