César is responsible for overseeing the functioning of the different departments of EDT, strategic direction and business development, ensuring quality and excellence of events, representing the company, managing client relations, directing projects, supporting creative and production direction, and controlling budgets and commercial agreements with clients, partners, and suppliers.
