Jhosman began a career as a Big Data Engineer at BBVA Chile, contributing to high-performance teams developing data ingestion and visualization solutions, and has held various roles in BI and ETL consulting, project management, and system administration across different organizations. Jhosman's education includes a Postgraduate Diploma in Big Data from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and multiple diplomas in System Engineering and Innovation Management from Universidad Metropolitana (VE).
