Ann Marie Bouchard

Ann Marie Bouchard has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the insurance industry. Ann Marie is currently working at Sompo International as the Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources for North America. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance from 2018 to 2022.

Prior to their role at Berkshire Hathaway, they worked at Allied World from 2005 to 2017, where they held various senior positions including Senior Vice President and Head of North American Human Resources, Vice President and Head of U.S. Human Resources, and Assistant Vice President of U.S. Human Resources.

Ann Marie began their career in human resources at Lexington Insurance Company, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist from 2000 to 2005.

Ann Marie Bouchard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from Gettysburg College. Ann Marie also pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources from Suffolk University's Masters Program in Human Resource Management.
