Donna-Sue Soto

Donna-Sue Soto is an experienced tax professional currently serving as the AVP State Tax Manager at Sompo International since April 2022. Previously, Donna-Sue held the position of Vice President in the Tax Department at MBIA from February 1994 to April 2022, where responsibilities evolved over time to cover more complex roles in tax accounting, compliance, and planning for a multi-national company. Additional roles included Senior Administrator in Portfolio Inputting and Control Reporting and Administrator in the Market Research Department.
