Holly Pugh

Holly Pugh serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Real Estate, Facilities, and Business Continuity Planning at Sompo International, overseeing all new office buildouts and renovations for the US real estate portfolio, with projects ranging from 6,000 to 140,000 square feet since May 2013. Previously, Pugh held the position of Global Facilities & Operations Manager at Gerson Lehrman Group, where responsibilities included managing operations for 21 offices across multiple continents and developing budgets. Additionally, Pugh served as Facilities and Office Manager for the National Association of Wheat Growers, overseeing corporate office operations and tenant contracts, and was a board member for Hour Children. Pugh earned a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Juniata College and completed Master's-level coursework in Business Administration at Strayer University.
