Olga Kalashnikova-Rhodes

Olga Kalashnikova-Rhodes, ACA, DipCII, is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, insurance management, and technical accounting. Currently serving as AVP Financial Planning & Analysis at Sompo International since July 2020, Olga previously held positions as FP&A Assistant Manager in the same company, and as Account Executive at Artex Risk Solutions, where a portfolio of 15 commercial and captive (re)insurance companies was managed. Prior roles include Independent Accounting Consultant at Rhodes Financial Consulting and Senior Associate in Structuring Services at PwC, where advisory work spanned mergers and acquisitions, financial modeling, and project management across various industries.
