Paul Rapp III

Paul Rapp III began their work experience in 1998 at Chubb, where they held various roles including Surety Underwriter, Senior Surety Underwriter, Surety Territory Manager, Regional Surety Manager, Regional Contract Surety Manager, and Senior Vice President of Construction Surety. In 2023, they joined Sompo International as the SVP and Head of Contract Surety.

Paul Rapp III completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from Loyola University Maryland, attended from 1994 to 1998. Paul also briefly studied at Richmond, The American International University in London in 1997. Prior to their university studies, they graduated from Bethel High School in 1994. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Senior Underwriting Officer in 2008, although the institution and specific date of completion are unknown.
