Steven Duncan

Steven Duncan, PHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Technology Analyst at Sompo, focusing on HRIS functions related to Workday, including Integrations, Security, Payroll, and Core HCM as of April 2023. Prior to this, Steven worked at Nuance Communications for nearly nine years, holding roles from Workday HR Systems Analyst to Principal Business Systems Analyst, where responsibilities spanned HR reporting management, global process improvement projects, and the development of performance management tools.
