Leandro Hernandes Caires

Leandro Hernandes Caires is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure and service desk operations. Currently serving as an analista de infraestrutura windows at Sompo Seguros since December 2016, Leandro is responsible for server infrastructure, performance analysis, inventory management, ticket resolution, and project implementation, with a focus on deploying and updating the Citrix XenApp platform. Prior to this role, Leandro worked at TIVIT from September 2013 to December 2016 as a tecnico especialista em service desk, where responsibilities included leading a service desk team, generating client reports, process optimization, call auditing, providing technical training, and creating procedural documentation. Leandro is currently pursuing a degree in Tecnologia da Informação at Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, expected to be completed by December 2023.
