Rodrigo Pupim

Rodrigo Pupim is an experienced professional in information security with a diverse background in managing cybersecurity teams and implementing strategic security initiatives. Currently serving as the Information Security Manager at Sompo Seguros since September 2025, Rodrigo previously held the same position at Cartão Elo, where responsibilities included leading a multidisciplinary team and aligning cybersecurity strategies with business priorities. Prior roles include coordinating information security at Cetelem, where oversight involved managing Security Operations Center and Computer Security Incident Response Team, as well as expertise in identity management for over 50,000 users. Rodrigo’s career began at Banco Votorantim, progressing from Technical Support to Information Security Analyst, and is supported by education from FIA Business School, Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, and Estácio.
