John Aylward is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer at Sona Asset Management, an institutional alternative asset management firm specializing in investing across the credit spectrum, with a focus on European markets. Prior to founding Sona, John held positions at Highbridge Capital Management, Claren Road Asset Management, and Deutsche Bank, with a background in high yield trading. John earned their Bachelor of Laws degree from Trinity College Dublin.
