Jordan Matthews

Jordan Matthews currently serves as a Surgical Coordinator at Sona Dermatology, having held this position since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jordan worked as a V.O.C Analyst at Conduent from February 2014 to July 2019, where responsibilities included candidate recruitment, training, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating communication between various departments. Jordan also resolved client issues and developed strategies to enhance client satisfaction. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Media Services at WPGR from September 2012 to January 2014. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Saint Augustine’s University in 2012.
