Claire Cook

Claire Cook has a diverse work experience in the pharmacy industry. Claire began their career as a Pharmacy Intern at Baptist Memorial Hosp Memphis in 2016, where they worked until 2017. Claire then joined Madison Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Intern from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they joined Enclara Pharmacia as a Pharmacy Intern until 2019. Claire then moved on to CVS Pharmacy, where they held multiple roles including Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Manager Emerging Leader, and ultimately Pharmacy Manager from 2019 to 2023. Currently, they are employed at Sona Pharmacies as a Staff Pharmacist and soon-to-be Director of Specialty Pharmacy, starting in 2023.

Claire Cook has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Mississippi State University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. Claire then pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy degree at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center from 2015 to 2019. In 2019, they obtained the Ohio Pharmacist License and Tennessee Pharmacist License. Claire also has additional certifications, including Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS) from the American Heart Association in 2019 and Point of Care Testing certification from the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) in 2018. In 2017, they completed training in Delivering Medication Management Therapy Services and Advanced Pharmaceutical Didactic and Laboratory Training from the American Pharmacists Association and PCCA respectively. Claire also completed Introductory Compounding Laboratory Training from PCCA in 2017, and Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery training from the American Pharmacists Association in 2016.
