Anthony Hall has over a decade of experience in operations and production management within the food industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sonac, a Darling Ingredients brand since January 2014, Anthony has also held roles as Product Manager, Abattoir Supply Coordinator, and Team Lead during tenure. Prior to joining Sonac, Anthony worked at Hazeldenes from January 2008 to January 2014 as a Production Supervisor. This extensive background in various managerial positions highlights a strong proficiency in overseeing operations and production processes.
