The Management and Operations team at Sonac is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of all processes related to the production and distribution of sustainable ingredients. This includes managing logistics and transport, ensuring the maintenance and smooth operation of facilities, and spearheading engineering projects to drive innovation and process improvements. The team's goal is to enhance product quality, optimize process efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall margins, while maintaining compliance and sustainability standards across all activities.
