François Pirard

François Pirard is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Sonaca Group, an aerospace company specializing in aerostructure services, innovation, and defense, since June 2022. Previously, François Pirard held various key HR leadership roles at GSK from September 2006 to December 2021, including HR Global Key Account Leader for GSK Vaccines, HR Country Head for Belgium, and Global HR Integration Lead, where responsibilities included managing large-scale restructuring, employee relations, and integrating Novartis Vaccines into GSK. Prior to GSK, François Pirard served as HR Business Leader at UCB, overseeing HR functions for multiple international locations, and as Human Resources Manager at Ethyl Corporation. François Pirard earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Louvain La Neuve in 1987.
