Dulce Martins

Dulce Martins has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Group Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliance and HRIS Director, as well as the Portugal Human Resources Director at SONAE ARAUCO since June 2016. Prior to this role, Dulce held the position of Compensation & Benefits Manager at SONAE INDÚSTRIA from November 2013 to May 2016. Additional experience includes roles as Payroll Manager at LEONI, Human Resources Specialist at Valeo, and work in the Quality Department at Cablinal Portuguesa. Dulce holds a Licenciatura in Sociologia das Organizações from Universidade do Minho.
