Alvaro Antonio Costa

Alvaro Antonio Costa is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the retail and property management sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and CEO of Prishtina Mall since June 2022, Alvaro leads a multidisciplinary team in collaboration with Sonae Sierra. Prior to this, Alvaro held various roles at Sonae Sierra since 1994, including General Manager Property Manager for Prishtina Mall and Head of Leasing for Portugal, showcasing expertise in leasing, operations management, and shopping center management. Additionally, Alvaro has served as Director of SACHE Solidariedade e Amizade since 2012. Alvaro's educational background includes an Executive MBA in Generalist Management, specialized in Organizational Development, and a degree in Management from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa.
