João Maia

João Maia has a diverse work experience. João currently works as the Head of Special Projects & Corporate Development at Sonae Sierra since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held the position of Engagement Manager from June 2018 to June 2020 and Associate from September 2016 to May 2018. Before joining McKinsey & Company, João was a Senior Business Analyst at the same company from August 2011 to July 2014. João started their career as a member of FEP Junior Consulting from October 2009 to July 2011.

João Maia completed their master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the London Business School from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a bachelor's degree in Economics at FEP U. Porto from 2008 to 2011.
