Marco de Sa serves as VP of Consumer Insights at Netflix and is a board member of Sonae's Digital Advisory Board. With a wealth of experience in data and user research, Marco previously held the position of Chief Data Officer at OLX Group, overseeing data strategy across a global classifieds business. In addition, leadership roles at Spotify included Senior Director of Insights and Director of Data Science, where significant contributions were made to growth strategies. Early career positions included user research roles at Facebook, Twitter, and Yahoo!, as well as academic experience as an Assistant Professor at the University of Lisbon. Marco holds a PhD in Computer Engineering with a focus on HCI and design methodologies.
