Brad Thiess

Brad Thiess has over 30 years of work experience in the technology integration and audio systems industry. Brad is currently the Vice President at Sonance since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Area President at Xssentials from October 2013 to October 2021, where they led teams in providing technology integration systems for various settings. Before Xssentials, they worked as the Director of Sales at VIA home from November 2011 to October 2013. Brad Thiess also founded their own company, Automation Arts, in 1992, which grew into a successful systems integration firm in Wisconsin. Brad served as the Founder of Automation Arts until November 2011. Brad Thiess started their career as the Vice President at EME Audio Systems from March 1988 to October 1992, where they played a key role in the company's evolution into a CE software provider.

Brad Thiess attended Eau Claire Memorial from 1981 to 1985. From 1985 to 1987, they studied Architectural Drafting at Chippewa Valley Technical College. Lastly, they pursued a degree in Business from Edgewood College from 1988 to 1992.
