Aidan Thorn

Aidan Thorn currently serves as the Marine Robotics Business Development Manager at Sonardyne International Ltd since August 2021. Prior to this role, Aidan was the Business Manager and later the Business Development Manager for the Marine Robotics Innovation Centre at the National Oceanography Centre from 2001 to July 2021. Aidan's expertise includes building collaborative partnerships with industry to advance innovative technologies for marine environments, seeking funding opportunities for collaboration, networking, and promoting UK marine technologies to diverse end-user communities. Aidan holds a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing, a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, an HND in Business, and an HNC in Business, all obtained from Solent University.
