Stephen Fasham

Stephen Fasham has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Stephen is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Covelya Group Limited since September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer at the same company from March 2020 to August 2021.

Stephen has also held several Chairman positions, including at Forcys, a global maritime defence company, since June 2022. Stephen has been the Chairman of 2G Robotics Inc, Wavefront Systems, Chelsea Technologies Ltd, EIVA a/s, and Sonardyne International Ltd.

At Sonardyne International Ltd, Stephen served as the Investment & Integration Director and later as the VP - Investment & Integration, where they focused on investing and acquiring businesses for future diversification. Stephen also held the role of Global Business Manager, specializing in Subsea Asset Monitoring.

Before joining Sonardyne, Stephen was the Managing Director at Chelsea Technologies Group Ltd, where they led the growth of the business by providing better solutions to customers through access to a wider range of technology.

Earlier in their career, Stephen worked as the Technology Development Director at Oxsensis Ltd, a company specializing in optical sensors for challenging environments.

Stephen Fasham completed their GCSEs and A-Levels at Rising Brook High School in Stafford from 1987 to 1991. Stephen then pursued a degree in Engineering at the University of Cambridge, graduating with an MEng in 1996.
