Kim has successfully led and managed customer engagement programs, developed customer relationship growth strategies, and implemented Voice of Customer programs to drive relationships, adoption, and renewals. With a BS in Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, Kim has a strong background in building brand visibility, equity, and consumer loyalty, in addition to driving revenue growth through personalized customer journeys and innovative marketing strategies.
