Karin Södergren

Karin Södergren has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karin currently works as an Operations Manager at Sonat AB since October 2020. Prior to this, they were a Supportchef interim at Axfood from August 2020 to October 2020.

From 2017 to 2020, Karin worked at Bonnier News as a Gruppchef Kundservice. In this role, they served as a manager and leader, overseeing personnel and consultants, managing operations and delivery, as well as developing routines and work methods for the entire customer service center. Karin focused on creating an engaged and energizing workplace, resulting in reduced employee turnover, increased attendance, and improved results. Additionally, they continuously worked on improving value for customers and streamlining operations.

In 2014, Karin worked as a Kommunikationskonsult och coachande ledarskap at Tele Coaching. Karin provided consulting services to various companies such as Nasdaq, ICA, Sector Alarm, Swedbank Finans, Teracom, Region Örebro Län, Aga, and Cab Group. Their expertise included strategic communication, coaching, leadership, and sales to help companies increase profitability and customer satisfaction. Karin started the process with analysis to identify the right factors for achieving long-term results on both leadership and employee levels.

From 2016 to 2017, Karin served as an IT-supportchef interim at CAB Group AB. Their role involved leading the support function, improving relationships, coaching employees, and enhancing routines and collaboration.

Before entering the corporate world, Karin worked as a Legitimerad lärare at Örebro kommun from 1999 to 2013.

Karin Södergren's education history is as follows:

From 1994 to 1997, they attended Uppsala University, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen inom beteendevetenskap (Bachelor's degree in behavioral science).

In 2013, they studied at Örebro University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Beteendevetenskap (Behavioral Science).

During the same year, they also attended Linköping University, specializing in Arbetsrätt (Employment Law).

Additionally, in 2013, they pursued studies in Praktisk projektledning (Practical Project Management) at Stockholm University.

In 2012, they briefly studied Organisation och ledarskap (Organization and Leadership) at Gotland University.

In 2010, they enrolled at Blekinge Institute of Technology, focusing on Företagsekonomi (Business Economics).

In 2019, they attended the University of Helsinki, where they completed a course called Elements of AI, specializing in Artificial Intelligence.

Currently, they are pursuing a degree in UGL - Utveckling av grupp och ledare (Development of Groups and Leaders) at Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University, starting in 2021.
