María Isabel Reyes has a diverse work experience across various industries. María Isabel began their career as an Office Manager Assistant at Hospital Angeles de Tijuana in 2010. María Isabel then worked as a Human Resources Supervisor Assistant at Hubbell Lighting from November 2012 to July 2013. María later served as the Human Resources Assistant Director at Cinépolis from July 2013 to January 2015, where they were responsible for recruitment, scheduling, inventory management, and training programs.
From January 2015 to July 2017, María worked as an IT Recruiter & HR Admin at ArkusNexus, where they focused on full-cycle recruitment, skills tests, social media recruitment, and negotiation of benefits.
In 2018, María joined Sonatafy Technology as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and later transitioned to a People and Culture role from January 2019 onwards. Sonatafy Technology specializes in nearshore software development and María's responsibilities involved matching top talent with various businesses and building teams for accelerated growth.
María Isabel Reyes obtained a Master's degree in Organizational Development from CUT, Centro Universitario de Tijuana, from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Psychology Degree from the same institution between 2010 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, María Isabel has acquired additional certifications such as "Employer Branding to Attract Talent" from LinkedIn in November 2018, "Reclutamiento y Selección 2.0 en las Redes Sociales" from Kpa - Instituto de Capacitación Empresarial in April 2015, and "Método de entrevista por competencias" from Cinépolis in August 2013.
