Rabah Bedirina

Rabah Bedirina currently serves as the Interim Head of F&G Systems Services at Sonatrach, overseeing team management and coordination across engineering disciplines since December 2020. Previously held roles at Sonatrach include Instrumentation and Control Engineer II and I, focusing on leading test programs and operations, and participating as a member of the Technical Bid Evaluation Committee. Rabah's early career involved contributions as an Automation Engineer at Milk Factory SARL BBLD and Brick Factory SABRID, along with an internship as an Instrumentation and Control Engineer. Rabah is actively engaged in professional development as a Student Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers International, IEEE, and the International Society of Automation. Academic qualifications include a Professional Engineer degree in Instrumentation & Control from the Algerian Petroleum Institute and a Master of Science in Petroleum, Instrumentation, and Automatic Control Engineering from the University of Boumerdes, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in the same field and foundational education in Electrical Engineering.
