Marco Menza is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, marketing, and sales across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Sonco Worldwide since November 2020, Marco is responsible for overseeing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. Previously, as the Head Of Marketing at Sonco Worldwide, Marco transformed the marketing organization by recruiting talent and restructuring the department. Prior roles include Marketing & Sales Director for Latin America at Eaton and corporate marketing leadership positions at Honeywell, where responsibilities encompassed strategic development, business management, and market expansion.
