Justin Neff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin is currently the Founder and President of Sonder Brewing since 2018. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Business Manager at Acosta Sales & Marketing from 2015 to 2017.
Before Acosta Sales & Marketing, Justin served as a Strategic Account Manager at Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. from 2014 to 2015, where they managed a budget of $140M in revenue and $28M in trade promotional dollars. Justin was responsible for maintaining communication, sales, and negotiations with Kroger General Offices and managing the relationship with Kroger buying group and broker retail partner execution.
Prior to their role at Keurig, Justin worked at Kraft Foods Group from 2012 to 2014. Justin'sresponsibilities included making customer-facing calls to Kroger Columbus as a Customer Retail Manager, as well as managing the offline spending/funding tracker for the Shopper Marketing Group as a Shopper Marketing Sales Analyst.
Earlier in their career, Justin held various roles at Acosta Sales & Marketing, VMI Sales and Marketing, Tribune Interactive, 890 ESPN Radio Boston, and New England Sports Network.
Overall, Justin Neff has a strong background in business management, sales, marketing, and account management across multiple industries.
Justin Neff attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Sports Communication.

Just like every person has a unique story, so does every beer. The story of Sonder beer begins with our unique, high-quality beer selection brewed on site at the Sonder Brewing production facility and taproom located at 8584 Duke Boulevard in Mason, Ohio. The 15,200-square-foot building holds a 30-barrel brew house with American-made equipment and features 2,000-square-feet of taproom space. The Sonder brewing team, led by Chase Legler, has over 20 years of craft brewing experience, with a passion for quality and flavor that showcases throughout the Sonder beer lineup. Join us at the Sonder Brewing taproom and enjoy a spacious bar area as well as open areas with seating for larger groups, an outdoor patio area that is dog friendly, and a large turf lawn game area. Flights available daily as well as an excellent selection of Sonder beers plus sweet merch and packaged beers available to go. We also offer beermosas, beer cocktails, and wine. BrewRiver Kitchen serves a hand made selection of menu items and bar bites daily, including brunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
