Head of Member Engagement at Sonder

Caroline Halliday has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Caroline started their career in 1992 as an Assistant Editor at ACP Publishing and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2005, they served as the Executive Producer of Travel and Lifestyle at ninemsn. After a career break for maternity leave and international relocation, they joined UKTV in 2007, where they held various roles, including New Media Editor, Senior Multiplatform Producer, and Head of Digital Content. Following another career break, Caroline worked at NewsLifeMedia in 2013 as the Head of Marketing and Commercial Integration for the Parenting vertical. Caroline then pursued self-employment as a Digital Content, Marketing, and Product specialist in 2018. In the same year, they joined Sonder, where they held roles such as Digital Marketing Consultant, Manager of Onboarding and Engagement, and Member Experience Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Member Engagement at Sonder. Additionally, Caroline held the position of General Manager of Student Experience and Product at Studiosity from 2016 to 2017, where they oversaw various aspects of product development and marketing. Throughout their career, Caroline has demonstrated expertise in areas such as marketing, content strategy, consumer research, analytics, and user experience design.

Caroline Halliday has pursued their education at Macquarie University, where they studied Linguistics and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Additionally, they received an Academic Scholarship from Redlands, although the specific field of study for this scholarship is unknown. Furthermore, they have also obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in September 2015.
