Project Manager, Customer Success at Sonder

Daniel Marcel has a diverse work experience that spans across different roles and companies. Daniel started their career at Marist180 as an Intake, On-Call & Aftercare Program Coordinator from August 2017 to October 2018.

Daniel then moved on to Sonder, where they held several positions. From October 2018 to December 2019, they worked as an Operations Manager, overseeing critical incident management, coaching and mentoring support staff, and ensuring service delivery quality assurance.

In December 2019, Daniel took on the role of Operations Project Manager at Sonder. Daniel also holds a Master of Social Science degree in Counselling and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling, both from Western Sydney University. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained certifications in various fields including Certificate II in Security Operations from SECTA Training Academy, Project Management from the Australian Institute of Management, Recruitment and Onboarding from the Catholic Commission for Employment Relations, and a Security 1AC Licence from SECTA Training Academy.
