David Jeyachandran

David Jeyachandran has extensive experience in the software engineering field. In 1995, they began their career as a Senior Notes Developer at PwC, where they worked until 2001. David then joined Suncorp as a Senior Notes Developer and later transitioned to the role of Senior Software Engineer, remaining with the company until 2011. In 2014, David founded Uconecta, a platform for university students in Latin America to collaborate online. David served as a Senior Software Engineer and worked on developing and managing the JavaScript frontend, mentoring developers, and setting the product direction. During their time at SIM Australia, starting in 2011, David held the position of Senior Software Engineer and University Ministry. David had a diverse role that involved various responsibilities. Currently, David is employed at Sonder as a Senior Frontend Engineer, a position they joined in 2022.

David Jeyachandran completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics and Computer Science from UNSW between 2001 and 2004. Prior to that, they attended Sydney Tech High from 1985 to 1990, but no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

In addition to their formal education, David Jeyachandran obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in March 2022.
