Claudio Costantino

Claudio Costantino serves as the Senior Director of Real Estate for Canada at Sonder Inc. since May 2018, where responsibilities include collaborating on the development of new hotels, repositioning existing hotels, and adaptive re-use of heritage sites within mixed-use projects. Additionally, since 2012, Claudio has been a Commercial Real Estate Sales Representative at Ariston Realty Corp., focusing on investment-grade opportunities, land assembly, and hospitality leasing in the Greater Toronto Area. Prior experience includes working as an Investment Consultant at Recap Investments Inc. from 2013 to 2015, specializing in overseas real estate sales for various purposes, and as a Project Manager at Miratel Solutions from 2005 to 2012, managing call center operations and sales strategies for notable charitable lotteries. Claudio holds an Honours degree in Political Science from York University and continues education at OREA Real Estate College.
