Costanza Bossi

Costanza Bossi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Sonder Inc. since April 2019, Costanza has a strong background in enhancing customer satisfaction through innovative project implementation. Prior to this role, Costanza worked at EF Educational Tours from February 2010 to April 2017, progressing from Area Manager to Regional Director, overseeing hospitality and cultural activities in France and Italy, while managing supplier relationships. Additional experience includes a sales associate role at Esprit and internship as an account assistant at Ogilvy and Mather Milano. Costanza holds a Master's degree in Product Marketing from Sup de Pub and a Bachelor in Communication and Marketing Strategy, along with a DUT in Advertising and Communication.
