Heather Alexsa

Heather Alexsa brings extensive experience in hotel operations and management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Sonder Inc. since December 2019, following a tenure as Junior Operations Manager. Prior roles include Director of Rooms at Trust Hospitality LLC, and General Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group, overseeing the operations of a 134-room hotel and various amenities while driving profitability and strategic planning. Heather also contributed as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place at Faro Blanco Resort, initiated operations for the 125-room property, and performed in similar roles at Hampton Inn Daytona/Ormond Beach and Hilton in the Walt Disney World Resort. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
